A membership belongs to your account, not to one car. It covers you and the members of your household who live at your address, for as many purchases as you make during its term, and it is the same price whatever you choose. You can cancel within 24 hours of purchase (when your payment is processed) for a full refund, as long as no deal has been sent to a dealership under your membership, by you or a household member. Once a deal is sent, or after 24 hours, memberships are not refundable. Memberships do not renew automatically.
The Model Black is not a licensed motor vehicle dealer or broker and does not act as a broker in any way. Participating dealerships sell and lease every vehicle and complete each purchase directly with you.

You can add up to four household members from your account; each one signs in with their own email and confirms they live at your address, and the participating dealership may verify it.
